STAND PACKAGES   

All tents and tables at the outside area & under the big marquee tent include electricity for phones or laptop use (0,5 kw), 1 table and 2 chairs, 1 fascia sticker name / table sign. Additional furniture or high consumption electricity connections can be booked separately at additional costs. Stand boundaries must be 100% followed.

BOOKING & PAYMENT OF STANDS

All bookings must be made in written form to the organizer’s address or by online registration. The decision of acceptance of exhibiting companies, stands, stand costs, location and displaying products will exclusively be taken and confirmed by the organizer KILIFAIR Promotion Co. Ltd.

All bookings and agreements have to be confirmed in writing. Verbal agreements have no relevance. Invoices must be paid with a 50% deposit right at booking date and stand selection in order to secure the stand. The remaining 50% must be paid at the latest by August 15th, 2023. Full advance stand payments (at booking date) get a 10% discount, if booked and paid before July 30th, 2025. All listed prices are in TSH exclusive of 18% VAT.
